Description: A couples practice for the pregnant woman and her partner. Alternative partners welcome. No experience necessary. A safe practice of partner and supported postures, breath and sound work, and meditation that foster intimacy, relieve physical and emotional stress, and increase vitality as you both prepare for childbirth and parenthood. Prenatal yoga helps to protect a pregnant woman's spine from the physical demands of a growing baby. A good stretch for partners' bodies and exercises for offering support in childbirth. Enhanced prenatal bonding. This workshop may be repeated throughout your pregnancy for maximum benefit.

You are welcome to invite friends (couples) to join us if the workshop isn't full. Call first. The workshop tuition will be pro-rated when to $32/class and due day of attendance.
What to Bring: Bring your own mat or rent one from the studio for $1 each class. Set up your place along the wall with: mat, (2) blocks, strap, (2) blankets, & chair
