Description: This
class will help: support your efforts to recover from childbirth,
rebuild core strength, manage the physical demands of parenting an infant, and teach
you how to incorporate exercise, stretching, & relaxation
into playful time with your baby. We also explore baby exercise
and massage. In addition it's a great way to connect with other
parents of infants.
Pricing: $96 or $86 if register by Early-Bird dates
In 2008 we will be introducing a special discount ($15 off) for Baby & Me registration available only to women who’ve previously been in the Prenatal Program. Students will pay $81 ($15 off regular rate) if they register by the early-bird date.

What to Bring: Bring your own mat or
rent one from the studio for $1 each class. Bring a receiving
blanket and several soft toys for your baby. Please arrive
at 12:15. Set up your place along the wall with: mat, (2) blocks,
strap and (2) blankets.
